Dormant is healthy. An NFL job in July is not broken, and flagging it would make this page noise. Thresholds come from each job's own cadence with headroom — the bar is “unambiguously broken”, not “slightly late”.

Machine-readable at /status.json, which returns HTTP 503 when anything is stale, missing or blocked — so an uptime monitor can watch it without needing to parse this page.
